Open Sessions

Open sessions are open to everyone, Bike hire available at a first come first serve basis, Charged at £3 per hire Wednesday 6pm till 8pm
Sunday 10am till 1pm
£3 members      £5 non members

Dinky Decoy

Dinky Decoy is a coffee morning with a twist. A session for all pre-school aged children. Weather their just starting on a balance bike or never ridden before, this session is aimed at parents/grandparents or even childminders who want to meet like minded families and chat over coffee whilst the kids pedal round.  
Track not suitable to stabilisers or stunt pegs.

Our coaching sessions run on a Tuesday every week. Our sessions are split into groups based on ability. 
  • Stride to Ride - Beginner sessions (5 till 5.45pm) charged at £3 per rider. 
  • Group 1 - Intermediate level (5.45-7pm) £5 member £7.50 non members.
  • Group 2 - Expert Level (6.45-8pm) £5 member £7.50 non members.
  • Group 3 - Advanced Level (7.45-9pm) £5 member £7.50 non members.

Block Coaching

This is a 6 week pre booked coaching session capped at 16 riders across 2 tracks. Decoy/Torbay alternating weeks.Every Thursday (weather permitting).
Groups to be advertised on FB. 

Saturday Coaching with Megan

Coach on a Saturday afternoon with capped max 16 per session. These session are designed to be more intimate and allows Megan to focus more on the little things that need tweaking. 
4-5pm (Another group will be added if numbers allow)
£5 per session

Strength and Conditioning

November 2021 saw Decoy BMX Club introduce a new session focusing on power, strength, agility, core, speed and many other attributes helping to make a healthier and fitter rider.
We were incredibly lucky to have @warren Hogg - Fitness (a professional PT instructor from Winners Gym in Torquay) who has extensive experience working with young people and adults in groups and one to one.
These sessions run every Saturday 9am (race depending) at the Club in our gym no bikes involved! Their aimed at young people 7+ all genders and Warren tailors the exercises for all.
Its a great way to get in shape during the off season and is open to riders and non riders alike from ALL clubs. Those that have participated have seen great results in strength, stamina and physic.
The sessions are an hour long, run in a block every 6 weeks and are £45.
