Sprints are an important part of your BMX training, get yourself one of these to see how you are improving with your pedalling technique, this one records max speed.

this looks great , and a nice price . but im being silly now , obviously they have a part to fit on forks , how do you fit this and will it fit on my bombshells ? :roll: then again it would help if i rode my bike inbetween race meetings

it's a wireless sender unit that fits on the forks, it fits on my lads bombshells. Gota work on that spin Damien ;)
